Helen and David are the friendliest of hosts and have thoughtfully ensured that all bases have been covered from a fully equipped kitchen to shower gels and bathroom towels, etc. They even provide a parking permit too!! Oriana is a beach front property with a plethora of local fabulous restaurants, a must try being The Boathouse. Oriana is clean and bright with fantastic views of the ocean and has all the amenities i.e dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Waking to the sunrise and watching the locals go for their ‘dip’ is a great sight. If the property is available, book it!!

The Oriana is in the most amazing position on beautiful Balmoral beach. Wonderful views, Very spacious. Impeccably clean. I just wanted to stay forever! Helen, the owner is very helpful and went the extra mile with little extras that meant a lot. Wine and fruit etc.

A two week stay in July 2016

I have never stayed in such a warm and comfortable apartment like the Oriana. The owners were the friendliest people and so accommodating to our every need. The apartment is so beautifully furnished and has everything in there we possibly needed. The location is like no other on the best beach around. There are so many wonderful restaurants and places in walking distance. It truly is an unbelievable place to go with family and children to relax and enjoy a wonderful part of Sydney. I am going back next year and hopefully the year after that or as long as it is available.
